Returns

Products sold by WorkBay Depot may ship directly from manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or other fulfillment locations, so our business address is not necessarily the correct return address.

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For freight deliveries, inspect the shipment carefully and note visible damage on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing whenever reasonably possible.
Please retain the product, packaging, shipping materials, photographs, and delivery documentation while the claim is being reviewed.
