We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, substitute updated manufacturer model numbers where appropriate and disclosed, or refuse an order when a product is unavailable.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, specifications, promotions, product availability, and other information may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing and product information displayed on the Website is accurate. However, typographical errors, manufacturer pricing changes, technical errors, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse orders affected by an incorrect price, product description, promotion, specification, or other material error.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, freight charges, and other fees, when applicable, will be disclosed during checkout, in a quotation, or otherwise before an order is finalized.

4.3 Payment Terms

WorkBay Depot accepts major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment methods made available during checkout.

Online payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or other payment providers made available through our Website.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing an order when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.

4.4 Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by WorkBay Depot.

We reserve the right to refuse, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Manufacturer or supplier availability;

  • Pricing, description, or specification errors;

  • Shipping or freight restrictions;

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;

  • Payment authorization issues;

  • Quantity limitations; or

  • Circumstances that make fulfillment commercially impracticable.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

4.5 Backorders

If an item you order is backordered, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you within 48 hours after we become aware of the backorder and provide an estimated availability date when that information is available from the manufacturer or supplier.

You may choose to wait for the item or, unless otherwise disclosed for a special-order, custom, or non-cancellable item, request cancellation and a refund in accordance with our applicable policies.

Estimated backorder dates are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and are not guaranteed by WorkBay Depot.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

Certain commercial and industrial equipment may require freight or LTL delivery and may be subject to special delivery requirements.

5.2 Risk of Loss

Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by WorkBay Depot in writing, purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon our or our supplier's delivery of the products to the applicable carrier.

You are responsible for inspecting shipments in accordance with our Shipping Policy and promptly reporting loss, shortage, or damage.

6. Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable policy or product listing, eligible returns generally must be initiated within 30 days and products must be unused, in their original packaging, and otherwise satisfy our return requirements.

Certain commercial equipment, special-order products, custom-configured products, clearance products, or manufacturer-restricted items may be subject to different return or cancellation terms. Any such restrictions will be governed by the applicable product terms and our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
